Two things before Module 13.
First: choose a returning client or a client whose project already holds substantial information. Run a client history synthesis inside their project: ask the tool to summarise what you know about their preferences, their history, and what has changed or evolved. Review the synthesis for accuracy. Note anything the tool inferred that you would want to confirm before acting on it. Then use the synthesis to produce one personalised communication: a proposal opening, a pre-departure email, or a recommendation note. Compare the quality of that personalised output against what you would have produced without the project context.
Second: update one client project with the information it is currently missing. Post-trip feedback from the last trip. Notes from the most recent consultation. Details that emerged in conversation that have not been captured. Every detail you add improves the quality of every future output from that project.
In Module 13 we shift from individual practice to team integration: how to embed AI into repeatable business processes, create shared prompt libraries across a small team, and bring colleagues along without mandating adoption. It is the module that takes what you have built for yourself and extends it to how your business operates.
I will see you there.
