I know that somewhere in this module, probably in the last few minutes, a version of this question has surfaced for you: “But is AI going to replace me?”
I am going to answer it directly, because I think you deserve a direct answer rather than reassurance.
AI can produce an itinerary framework. It cannot build a client relationship over years. It can draft a pre-departure email. It cannot pick up the phone at midnight when a connection has been missed and the client is stranded. It can summarise a destination. It cannot read the subtext of a client’s hesitation and adjust a recommendation accordingly. It cannot take accountability for a trip experience. It cannot be trusted with the things that matter most.
The advisors who face genuine disruption from AI are those whose primary value to clients is information retrieval and transaction processing, because those functions are already being automated across the industry. The advisors whose value lies in expertise, relationships, curation and accountability are not being replaced. They are being given more capacity to deliver those things more consistently, to more clients, with less friction.
This course is not about how to survive AI. It is about how to use it as a force multiplier for the things you are already excellent at. That is a very different conversation.
