Everything you have built across this course so far has been yours. Your context document. Your projects. Your custom instructions. Your prompt library. That personal practice is valuable and it will continue to serve you well regardless of what happens next.
This module is about what happens when you extend that capability beyond yourself. Whether you are an independent advisor with a virtual assistant, a small team of two or three, or part of a larger agency, the question is the same: how do you take the AI practice you have built and make it part of how your business operates, not just how you personally work?
This is not a technology question. It is an operational one. The tools are the same ones you have been using. The challenge is in the processes, the standards, and the human dynamics of bringing other people into a way of working that you have spent time developing and they have not.
I am going to cover three things in this module: how to identify the business workflows where AI adds the most value, how to create shared resources that a team can use consistently, and how to bring colleagues along in a way that works. That last one matters more than most people expect.
